STREETSNAUT: SUSTAINABLE LOGISTICS
We reduce the environmental impact of our activity by implementing an action plan based on four lines of progress.
The main objective is to implement at least one action in each of the four areas of progress, in order to minimize the CO2 emissions caused by vehicles in our daily activity.
Because every action makes a difference in building a sustainable future.
ACTION PLAN
VEHICLE
– Acceleration of fleet modernization;
– Choosing equipment, accessories and tires with low fuel consumption;
– Limit speed to 80-90 km/h;
– Aerodynamics of the vehicle.
DRIVER
– Training for defensive and ecological driving;
– Driver monitoring software;
– Introduction of incentive bonuses.
IMPLEMENT AT LEAST 1 ACTION IN EACH OF THE 4 AXES OF PROGRESS
FUEL
– Use of alternative fuels (biodiesel or natural gas);
– Monitoring of consumption and activity data.
TRANSPORT ORGANIZATION
– Optimize routes to minimize distance traveled and reduce travel time;
– Using satellite navigation systems to help avoid routes with lots of ups and downs;
– Applying a combination of road and rail transportation.

We plant trees of native Portuguese species, which are naturally adapted to the conditions of our country. This choice not only requires less maintenance, but also provides greater resistance to adverse conditions.
